Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1 Banana
1 Carrot
1 Apple
1 Kiwi Fruit
Handful of Spinach
1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
½ Cup Water (or enough to blend)
Fresh or Frozen Berries
1 tbsp mixed seeds; chia, sunflower etc
Method
- Blend the fruit, water and flax seed and serve
- Top with blueberries and raspberries, chia seeds and sunflower seeds
